A little history of me

a racer's story

I had always been interested in cars and racing as a child, watching IndyCar and NASCAR on TV. But it was a family friend who lit the motorsports fire in me when he explained about a thing called autocross.

Since 1998, when I attended my first autocross in my 1988 Honda Prelude Si, I've been hooked. Over the years, I've participated in all different types of four-wheeled motorsport, from autocross to track days to kart racing to drifting and more.

My immediate goals are to get my 1992 Lexus SC300 competition ready for NASA TT2 time trials and ST2 road racing, and to obtain my NASA competition license in 2019.

I'm also an automotive journalist. You should read all of my MotoIQ.com articles!
